Flybe Come On Board as Emerald Sponsor

The Feet of Green team are delighted to welcome Flybe as Emerald sponsors of the Greenland expedition. Shown in the picture Simon Lilley, Director of Marketing meeting with Peter Herbert.
Pete says “It is great to have Flybe on board as - they are world class leaders in the aviation business and have a real commitment to their global climate responsibilities in the long term. They have invested millions of pounds creating one of the most efficient aircraft fleets in the world today.” If you are travelling on a Flybe aircraft over coming months keep a look out for coverage of the Feet of Green expedition in the in-flight magazine. Also shown below you can see Pete showing the Ottery St Mary and surrounding Explorer Scouts the new Dash8 Q400 aircraft used by Flybe. He is explaining how they are so different from the old aircraft now being phased out of the fleet. He also takes the opportunity to let them know about the new apprentice scheme that Flybe are investing in.
