Ruby Sponsors
Ruby sponsorship is for organisations or individuals who wish to support the Feet of Green initiative and and are committed to positive environmental projects either as a business or personally. The sponsor’s fee at this level is agreed with the Feet of Green team. Reciprocal arrangements are also agreed whereby the Feet of Green will support you or your organisation in an appropriate way to suit your own objectives. Examples of Ruby sponsorship arrangements include:
- Ruby Clusters: several local organisations link together to share environmental initiatives and projects facilitated by the Feet of Green team.
- Reciprocal website links between www.feetofgreen.com and your organisation’s website.
- Providing access to our work based learning material, qualifications and accreditation system. This enables us to provide access to qualifications from the University of Chester.
- Motivational talks delivered by the Feet of Green team to support management and leadership development and team building in your organisation.
- Advertising of the Feet of Green expedition in in-house magazines and publications.
- Ruby sponsors are listed here on the Feet of Green website.
- Ruby sponsors also have the opportunity to be listed in the Shoots of Green publication which is written by school children throughout the UK expressing their views on environmental issues and projects they have been involved in.

hi this is ryan and ben saying that we think that youre presentation is very
interresting exspally about the things that happen to youre hands and feet and
how much damage a polabear canh do to a humen.It’s amazing at how much exersize and working out you have to do so we hope youre buisness for the feet of green works out for you .by ryan and ben good bye and good luck.

Alan and Peter today left for Sptisbergen in the Arctic Circle - this is where they will be for the next few days - collecting skis, clothing and equipement in preparation for Greenland in May. They will also be testing all the technology - satellite phones etc. and the mobile weather sation - I am hoping they will be sending some picture and video which I can post up here.

Hi Peter and Alan, just wanted to wish you luck with your trip to Spitsbergen. I know that this is predominantly a training expedition to “warm you up” (excuse the pun) for the real event in Green land in May. However we all know how improtant it is that this trip goes well for you guys. Take good care and no falling out over the rations….share!!!
