   Alan & Pete what can i say are you both nutters or just ambitious? The videos make it look hard work think i will stick to jet washing my drive!!!Really don’t know how you manage in a morning having the motivation.    Been following your progress on the excellent website. Well done mate on your progress I am sure you will achieve your objective. You have inspired me to put the bergen back on, just done a 20 mile yomp over the Brecons but your exploits put this into perspective makes it seem like exercise ‘first step’.    hello dad it’s saff and river we are at auntie lindsays house,look forward to seeing you when you come home, we have been staying at nanny and grandads, and we went to bicton gardens,we have had lots of cakes and nice things to eat. thankyou for phoning us at nanny and grandads,
